Add ID number at checkout, if known, so that we can process you faster. Eight percent sales tax must be added to each ticket order per New York Tax Department. We will adjust at check-out.

 

Shipping & Handling up to 1 lb. is 7.35 U.S. - Canada $10.00 up to 7oz. Anything weighing over that is subject to additional fees. Processing and handling on ticket orders $7.00($10.00 Canadian). Effective September 1, 2018

PERMIT MUST BE IN WINDSHIELD TO ENTER.

All RVs require a permit, unless they are towed by a bike. Utility trailers carrying your gear are also exempt. All others require a permit, including pop-ups, slide-ins, motorhomes, buses, etc.

RV PERMITS ARE TAXABLE AT THE EVENT LOCATION TAX RATE. NY TAX LAW REQUIRES IT. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. NO EXCEPTIONS.

As of January 1, 2018, all RV permits purchased will be held at the gate. You will receive a certificate in the mail, which you will need along with receipt to get your permit when you arrive. YOU MUST HAVE CERTIFICATE AND RECEIPT! Without them you will be required to purchase a new RV permit at the gate for $400 plus tax. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS!
